The Cursed Daughter by E. O'Meagher

Blood will turn on blood… For centuries, the world believed the foretelling of war had been avoided by tragedy. But whispers that the thirteenth daughter survived and has come into her power are spreading. Emaleth Boswell is the thirteenth daughter. The last Blood Witch. A fugitive. Em always knew she might have to leave her life behind, but she never intended it to happen this way. On the run from a humiliated Council and vengeful hunters, Em must face the consequences of revealing her lineage. With limited options, she turns to the only witches outside the Council’s control that might offer help. But the Covens of the Outliers may not be the allies she was hoping for. In her search for asylum a fatal secret is exposed leaving Em to reconcile her own beliefs with the undeniable facts. Now, Em must face the deadly truth behind her own power and accept that the prophecy haunting her family may be inevitable.

This is the second in the trilogy Lost Coven. I read the first and needed more! Now can’t wait for the third. Action-packed with same wit bringing in new characters, but still love the side character Lyra. Fun being immersed in their world, while the current daily life continues.
