The Cursed Daughter by E. O'Meagher
Worldbuilding: Aided the story
Plot: Straightforward Characters: Roles are clear
Storytelling: Descriptive
Immersion: Didn’t want to put the book down Emotional Response: Strong emotions
Thought Provoking: Did some research after reading
Cover: Matches the story well This is the second in the trilogy Lost Coven. I read the first and needed more! Now can’t wait for the third. Action-packed with same wit bringing in new characters, but still love the side character Lyra. Fun being immersed in their world, while the current daily life continues. Reviewed on |

The Thirteenth Daughter by E. O'Meagher
Worldbuilding: Aided the story
Plot: Straightforward Characters: Roles are clear
Storytelling: Descriptive
Immersion: Didn’t want to put the book down Emotional Response: Strong emotions
Thought Provoking: Did some research after reading
Cover: Matches the story well Genre I don’t usually read but developed realistically and sucked me in with action and wit. Fast moving, find yourself rooting for one of the fun side characters- need to know Lyra’s story. Loved the dialogue, could just imagine and get immersed in the Winter Solstice party. Reviewed on |
