Drift is a story of personal healing, reclaiming identity, and being loved with a romantic MM ending. After an earthquake, 27-year-old Damian Palomo is in a coma and wakes up as his boss's new custom Audi RS4. Damian's also stuck in Southpoint, the Central Valley town he ran away from almost a decade ago. Relying on his boss, 25-year-old Ethan Reynolds, proves difficult as Ethan's gotten himself involved in the local, dangerous racing scene—and he owes people a race. He must put up his shiny new car, now possessed by his assistant, Damian. They must work together to keep Ethan and the car out of criminal hands. Damian unravels as he faces the traumatic past he spent years suppressing and hiding from Ethan, the only person he can depend on.
